Super cool kid Daan @ MX Tracks Europe asked me a while ago to come visit his backyard motocross track some day. Well today was that day and when I showed up I was blown away by the great atmosphere this beautiful spot had... I had flashbacks to the days of us riding BMX trails in the fields, in the southern parts of England. In the huge backyard behind his parents' old country house, we shot photos with the extremely skilled freestyle rider Norman Veerbeek and with our friend, GP rider Nick Kouwenberg. What an amazing piece of property these kids have there... Good times, again.

Second place overall at the Belgian Grand Prix today... Too bad he crashed in the first moto while being in first. He could've had a big chance of winning his 3rd GP of this season... These photos were taken a few weeks ago in Belgium, at the Maxi Freeride event.

Good old rock 'n roll, good food, and good, free beers!!First time I took photos of a band, performing live... These came out pretty nice.

About 3 weeks ago...

I spent a day with Rene Astengo.. We cruised his '55 Nomad all over L.A.. It had been in storage for about 4 years!! Ran like a dream.

Anyone remember the book "Spraycan Art" from the mid eighties..? We went to Eindhoven city last night to shoot some photos at "De Berekuil", which was featured in the book back then.. A pretty famous place in the Dutch graffiti scene...

Had a couple days off... Not much going on in blogland..

But expect mucho good stuff to come soon...
